Terms of Service | WD Agronomics

1. Operator and agreement

These terms cover wdagronomics.com and WD Fieldwork, operated by WD Agronomics Inc., 338 Broadway St, 6th Floor, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701, United States. Contact brandon@wdagronomics.com. A signed agreement controls to the extent it expressly supersedes these terms.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. Protect your credentials and use the service only as authorized. Workspaces are individual. Owner labels are descriptive text; they do not grant access, notify a person, or verify participation. Registration does not yet verify email ownership in the pilot.

3. Product scope

WD Fieldwork organizes manually entered field context, observations, follow-up actions, and outcomes. It does not diagnose crops, recommend pesticide or fertilizer applications, verify acreage or ownership, provide geographic boundaries, collect telemetry, or determine appropriate conditions for fieldwork. You remain responsible for field decisions, qualified advice, legal obligations, and data accuracy.

4. Status and completion

Completed actions require an outcome note of at least 10 characters. Status, priority, owner labels, and notes record the account holder’s entries; they are not independent verification of work, safety, or agronomic risk. Overdue indicators compare entered dates with the browser’s current local date.

5. Content and acceptable use

You retain rights to submitted content and permit us to process it as needed to provide the service. Submit only information you have authority to use. Do not submit secrets, access codes, payment data, sensitive regulated information, unnecessary personal data, harmful content, or unlawful material. Do not attack the service, evade access controls, or send spam.

6. Pilot and future plans

The individual pilot is free, with limits of 200 fields and 2,000 actions per account. No card is collected and no paid subscription is created. Future commercial plans require disclosed terms before charging. Roadmap features are not delivery commitments. Pilot availability and limits may change, subject to applicable notice requirements.

7. Demo and exports

The browser demo contains fictional examples. Use fictional information, especially on shared devices. CSV and JSON exports are snapshots. Formula-leading CSV values are escaped, but review downloaded files before using or sharing them.

8. Deletion and suspension

You can delete actions and fields using the product controls. Remove or reassign linked actions before deleting a field. Account deletion requires the password and removes active account data and linked records. Export first if needed. We may restrict access where reasonably required for misuse, security, or legal obligations. Backups and legally required retention may follow separate schedules.

9. Intellectual property

Original WD Agronomics branding, website content, and software are protected by applicable law. You may use the product for its intended purpose. These terms do not transfer unrelated intellectual property rights.

10. Availability and liability

The pilot is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and WD Agronomics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. No uptime, support-response, or recovery-time commitment is made. Nothing excludes mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law and updates

Missouri law governs to the extent permitted, without overriding mandatory protections that apply to you. We may update these terms and communicate material changes where appropriate. Questions and notices may be sent to brandon@wdagronomics.com.
