A clear next step.

1. Open your workspace

The demo contains fictional fields and actions, with changes saved in this browser. A registered workspace starts empty and saves data on the server. Registration requires a name, email, password, and agreement to the Terms. Email ownership is not yet verified at registration in the pilot.

2. Add a field

Open Fields and choose New field. Enter a name, crop, season, area in acres, and optional notes. Area must be greater than zero, up to 1,000,000 acres, with no more than two decimal places. The current limit is 200 fields per account.

This registry does not store actual geographic boundaries. The field diagram on the website is a schematic illustration, not GIS or satellite imagery.

3. Connect an action

Choose New action, select one of your fields, and enter a title, observation, next action, priority, due date, and stage. Owner is an optional descriptive label. It does not notify or invite another person. Up to 2,000 action records can be saved per account.

To mark Completed, enter an outcome note of at least 10 characters. This requirement records your explanation; it does not verify that a visit occurred. Overdue labels are based on open status and the entered date, using your browser’s current local date.

4. Export or remove records

Export fields CSV, actions CSV, or a workspace JSON file. Exports include all loaded records, even when a filter hides some. CSV values beginning with formula characters are escaped. Review files before sharing.

You can edit and remove actions or reassign them to another field. To delete a field, first remove or reassign all its actions. Activity may retain titles after individual records are deleted. Account deletion requires your password and removes active account data, fields, actions, activity, and reset tokens. Export first if you need a copy.

5. Account access and support

Use a password of 12–72 bytes. Some characters use multiple bytes. Password-reset links expire in 30 minutes and work once. A reset invalidates existing signed-in sessions.

The current product has no team invitations, billing, connected telemetry, AI diagnosis, or automatic agronomic recommendations. Do not enter credentials, access codes, unnecessary personal information, or regulated data.
