Privacy Policy
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 23, 2026
1. Who we are
WD Agronomics Inc., 338 Broadway St, 6th Floor, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701, United States, operates wdagronomics.com and WD Fieldwork. Contact brandon@wdagronomics.com with privacy questions. This policy covers this website, the individual pilot, and inquiries.
2. Account and field records
We process the name and email you provide, a password hash, field names, crops, seasons, manually entered acreage, field notes, and linked action data: observations, next actions, owner labels, priority, due dates, stages, completion notes, and activity. Do not enter passwords, access codes, sensitive regulated data, or unnecessary personal or confidential client information.
3. Contact and technical information
Inquiries include your name, email, optional company, topic, and message. Hosting and email providers may process IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and operational logs. Submission limits use a hash of the source IP. Password-reset tokens are stored as hashes and expire after 30 minutes.
4. Purpose and legal bases
We use information to provide account access, store field and action records, show descriptive workspace views, export information at your request, answer inquiries, and protect the service. Where applicable, legal bases include performance of the user agreement, legitimate interests in operation and security, and consent where required. The current release does not use your records to train AI models.
5. Cookies and the browser demo
Accounts use an essential session cookie and security token. The demo stores fictional fields, actions, and your edits in local browser storage. Demo records are not sent to the server as account records. Privacy choices allows local demo data to be cleared. This release includes no advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
6. Providers and disclosure
Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the service and deliver messages. We may disclose information where legally required or needed to protect rights and security. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. No field records are sent to AI models, satellites, sensors, weather providers, or other external data integrations in this release.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain workspace information while your account is active unless removed earlier or retention is required by law. Individual record deletion removes the field or action, but its title and change details may remain in activity. Account deletion removes active account data, fields, actions, activity, and reset tokens from the application database. Contact records older than 90 days and submission-limit records older than 24 hours are cleared during API requests. Mailbox copies, operational logs, and backups follow their configured provider retention schedules.
8. Your rights and choices
Export fields and actions as CSV or JSON, edit or remove records, or delete your account in the product. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact brandon@wdagronomics.com; identity verification may be required. You may complain to a relevant supervisory authority where applicable. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights.
9. Security and international processing
The implementation uses password hashing, account-scoped queries, session controls, security tokens, and submission limits. No system guarantees absolute security. Providers may process information in the United States and other locations. Appropriate safeguards must apply where international-transfer rules require them.
10. Children, links, and updates
The service is intended for adults 18 and older. External websites have separate policies. We may update this policy as the service develops and communicate material changes where required. Send questions to brandon@wdagronomics.com.
